Stages to expect in the construction of your new home:
- Planning- Whether you have some plans drawn, plans in your head or looking for some guidance we can offer advice and direction in formulating plans that will provide the right living space to meet your needs.
- Quoting- We will provide you with a highly detailed building quotation, Reasonable PC and PS allowances, comprehensive list of inclusions.
- Acceptance of quotation- A contract is signed between yourself and Ben Auden Constructions and a schedule for the building process (from start to finish) is drawn up
- Construction Period- Your new home will be built to meet the plans, comply with the current BCA and with your budget and time frame in mind. Throughout this period we will be keeping in constant communication with you, offering you weekly site visits and letting you know any updates as they arise.
- Completion- Move in and enjoy your brand new home!
